The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. The beautiful rural setting provides the perfect atmosphere! A small pebble beach can be reached after a short hike along a wild, stony path. Only in 5-8' driving you are in all the amenities!
In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended till November 2026 to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests. Luxury house of 140 sqm in three levels. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, gym room, infinity heated pool, air-conditions, TV, Internet Wi-Fi, BBQ, veranda, parking on site. Linen, towels and pool/beach towels are provided, cleaning service every 3-4 days. Also beach equipment is provided such as sun umbrellas and beach towels.
LAYOUT OF THE VILLA
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor at pool level there are two bedrooms with double size and king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have spectacular sea and mountain views.
On the same level there is the living room and the open plan fully equipped kitchen. Fridge - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine, dishes & utensils are included. The dining area is at the same area too.
UPPER LEVEL
In the upper level above the kitchen area there is the third open plan bedroom with a sofa that can also work as a double bed. At the same area there is also the third en-suite bathroom. The views to the pool and to the sea are amazing.
LOWER LEVEL
At the lower level there is another room with the gym equipments. This level features two windows overlooking the outdoor staircase that leads to the ground level. The laundry area is also located on this floor.
OUTDOOR AREA
At the outdoor area there is a 40m2 infinity pool with a kid's area, offering a unique experience of swimming while gazing at the amazing sea view. Sit back in the comfortable sun loungers and relax under the sun. Also there is a shaded dining area and a large BBQ area with magnificent views both to the mountains and the sea.
Access to a pebble beach is offered. Formed at the exit of a short, narrow gorge, the beach features a rocky seabed. From our villa there is a wild stony pathway that is off property limits and leads to this isolated beach.
