Summary: My wife and I loved our stay in this hotel in October 2026. The property and room were beautiful and quite comfortable, the location was superb (steps away from Boston Common), and the staff were friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful. I will stay here again when I am in Boston. One quick anecdote - I was dropping off my wife and our luggage at the hotel before returning the rental car to a local Hertz drop-off location. As hotel staff was helping with the luggage, the hotel's driver offered to drive to the Hertz location with me following behind him (so as not to get lost) and then drive me back to the hotel. That was typical of our stay. Staff routinely anticipated our needs and provided seamless and cordial service. Loved it.
