There is a large lounge, full of natural light, together with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for the preparation of meals of any kind. On this floor there is also a welcoming double bedroom and a WC. Stairs lead down to the lower floor with 2 bedrooms (one double, one single), a separate WC, a bathroom with shower , and a comfortable sitting area. The remaining 2 bedrooms, sharing a family bathroom with bathtub + shower over, are located on the upper floor. They are respectively two double bedrooms one with 2 single beds. The villa also offer a useful gym. Extensive terraces provide lovely views.
