Ensconced within 100m2 outdoor living, this house complete with 20m2 outdoor pool (with a roof top), BBQ facilities and cosy grounds has been designed with small gatherings in mind. Ideal for a couple ( can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some wonderful surroundings. Kindly note that the home is part of a villa complex when five more villas are located, each with their own pool & facilities, and some area are overlooked.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 65 €/day (VAT included)
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
