This unique Villa covers 200m2 and is split in three levels:
The ground floor consists of the open-plan living room with a fireplace, sitting area. Large window doors open onto a lounge terrace with access to the shared pool area and the villa’s private Jacuzzi. On the same level there is a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, the guest bathroom and laundry room.
Three (3) of the four bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 1(master) features a queen size bed, TV, A/C and visible wood beams on the ceiling and an en-suite bathroom. It gives to a balcony with beautiful views.
Bedroom 2 features a single bed which can expand to a queen size bed, wall to wall closets and visible wood beams on the ceiling the bedroom also has direct access to a balcony with a beautiful view. Bedroom 3 has a single bed, wall to wall closets and access to a small pool view balcony.
There is a full size bathroom on the first floor to accommodate the two bedrooms. Also, Villa is fully air conditioned.
The villa’s fourth bedroom is a studio style semi-basement with a beautiful canopy queen sized bed, a lounge TV area and bathroom.
