Villa Roula 2 is situated in the Akrotiri peninsula of Chania at the traditional village of Sternes. Sternes has many churches and a long historical past. The Minoan ruins in its port - Marathi - witness this revolution in the late 19th century, Kagiales, whose monument can be found there. In Sternes you'll find all the necessaries from mini-market to pharmacy and many traditional taverns. The nearby Marathi and Loutraki have organized beaches with bars and restaurants as well.

MONTHLY RESERVATION - TERMS AND RULES
For a long period rentings (more than 28 Days) the electricity will be an extra charge, (you will pay according to how many kwh you have spent). Upon your check-in you and the owner will take the electricity measurement and two days before your departure or at the end of each month will take the last measurement. The elctricity cost 0,40€/KWH and you have to pay this amount on the same day by cash money to the owner.
Furthermore, you will give to the owner the deposit of 500,00€ by cash money upon your arrival as an electricity guarantee. This amount the owner will give back to you upon your departure.
The swimming pool is built according to the Greek National Tourism Organization parents have the full responsibility to supervise their children. Children under 12 years old are forbidden to use the swimming pool without the supervision of an adult. Diving is forbidden

Airport is also 10min away and the picturesque old town of Chania about 25min. Moreover, there are three beautiful monasteries Agia Triada, Gouverneto and Korakies. Akrotiri also offers walking and hiking paths in the unspoiled nature but most of all spectacular views to the sea and the mountains.
