In the area of Agios Emilianos, which takes its name from the picturesque chapel lying on the edge of the peninsula, this spacious hilltop villa is built on a commodious plot of 2.3 acres and only a 5’ walk from the beach.
As you drive up to the house, a large wooden gate opens to your personal circular driveway, beautifully paved with red bricks. On a warm summer day, you are sure to appreciate the cool shade of the pine trees in the entrance, the coolness of the freshly cut grass and the luscious front garden.
Once you have entered the house you will be impressed by the perfectly sunlit and airy living room, as the surrounding wall-to-wall sliding windows not only allow for a strong sense of proximity to nature, but also the ability to enjoy it from the cosiness of your sofas. And as you walk past the living room and onto the veranda, you will be met by an absolutely stunning view that stretches over the entire bay, past Greek islands, as far as the eye can see.
The house itself is equipped with all modern amenities such as Wifi, en-suite bathrooms in all rooms, A/C and/or fans in all rooms, a 48’’ Smart Samsung TV with a collection of movies and series for adults and children, a large lift, a water station, a Nespresso coffee maker and a fully functional kitchen. It is accessible for disabled people and equipped with a baby cot and feeding seat.
In the spacious veranda, you can relax on the garden lounge by the swimming pool (14m x 6m), read a book under the palm tree or catch a great tan on the comfortable sun-beds. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue for dining and entertaining al fresco, as well as a changing room/WC.
