Once a stone-built olive press, Villa Stato Da Mar Grande is set over one floor with direct access to the extensive private gardens. It is carefully decorated in contemporary style and modernly furnished, and can sleep up to 4 to 5 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors (both lounge/kitchen and bedrooms). The welcoming lounge with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, etc) is airy and spacious and can accommodate a 5th guest on the sofa bed provided. The large double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and is the perfect nest for an unforgettable holiday by the sea. The welcoming twin bedroom, once again with top-of-the-range fittings, is located next to the lounge and next to the second bathroom.
Outside, the enchanted gardens lead directly to the beach through a private gate: a truly unique feature! Enjoy endless sunsets while tasting a glass of wine, sunbath on the comfortable sunbeds provided, cool down under the shade, dine outside while watching the boats passing by: this will be a holiday to remember!
