Positive: The mansion is a beautiful old mansion with 3 lovely bedrooms on the ground floor and a great outdoor terrace and living area , set in very private and expansive grounds with shady pine trees

Negative: The description of the property was most inaccurate. There are not 3 “main bathrooms and 2 additional toilets. “ There is one bathroom on the ground floor and one of the three bedrooms has a very small ensuite toilet with a handheld shower on the wall above the toilet. The 4th “master “ bedroom is in fact a basement room with a low ceiling and a separate entrance and an ensuite toilet. That’s it. One bathroom and two ensuites would be a better description. The owner tried to persuade us that a double cupboard outside on the terrace - one with a hand held shower and one with a toilet - both with no handle inside to get out - was a “ main bathroom”. This was absurd. And unsafe.
