Our residence comprises two apartments; one 78m2 apartment offering one double and twin bedroom and one 67m2 apartment offering one triple bedroom. In both apartments two extra persons can be accommodated respectively in the double sofa beds located in the living rooms.
Both flats offer two modern bathrooms with shower cabins while one washer is available in the 78m2 flat. Both flats feature two beautifully designed kitchens, functional and fully equipped for you to prepare any meal of the day. The two living rooms have comfortable sofas, coffee tables and smaty TVs with Netflix. Last but not least our flats offer a private pool & terrace with serene garden views, outdoor furniture and barbeque for some cooking, dining or relaxing al fresco!
Home is situated in the quiet and residential area of Alikianos just 18 minutes from the center of Chania and a 15min drive from the nearest beaches. The famous Limnoupolis Water Park is just 2km away and at close reach you can visit some of the most famous beaches of Western Crete like Balos, Falasarna and Elafonisi.

Our residence is situated in the quiet and residential area of Alikianos, 18km outside the city center of Chania. The village offers a basic range of shops and services such as supermarkets, bakery, butcher’s, grocer’s, pharmacy, ATM, hairdresser’s, cafes and restaurants.
The nearest beaches are about 10km away namely Kalamaki, Agia Marina or Platanias. At the popular seaside towns of Platanias and Agia Marina you can find a wider range of shops and services as well as organised beaches, water sport facilities and a vibrant nightlife.
The house is in an excellent location if you are planning to visit the famous beaches of Falasarna, Elafonisi, and Palaiochora. Finally, it is also ideally located next to Limnoupolis Water Park and Agia Lake!
