On this floor, you will find the main space of the villa with three bedrooms and the communal areas. A fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances is provided. Close to the kitchen, there is a dining table suited for 10 guests and an airy living room with an energy fireplace and a 43’ flat screen TV with satellite channels. The big shutter doors allow the ample sunlight to enter.
From a big hallway, you will reach three bedrooms suitable for eight guests. The first one includes two single beds (0.80m*2.00m) which can be converted into a double sized bed, the second one with a king-sized bed (1.80m*2.00m) and an ensuite shower. The third bedroom has two double sized beds (1.40m*2.00) one of them is located on the loft of this room. On the same floor, there is a family bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. The master bedroom with a double sized bed (1.60m*2.00m) is located on the first floor with its own ensuite bathroom, a bathtub and a balcony with deckchairs. The low level consists of one bedroom with a double sized bed (1.40m*2.00m) and a play room where there is a bunk bed ideal for kids.
An infinity outdoor area of 2000 square will become your favorite spot in the villa. There is a 50sqm private pool with sunbeds and deck chairs. The pool is heated upon request with extra charge. Pool towels are provided. Enjoy the mesmerizing sunset in the comfort of the sofas by the pool with your favorite drink. The landscaped garden provides many outdoor games for kids like a small football court, a treehouse, a trampoline and a slide. There is also a ping pong table to relax.
