The house is located almost on the edge of the village Milina opposite the uninhabited island of Alatas and only 30 m from the beach, which is separated by the local road. Milina is the gateway to south and southeast Pelion. From Milina you can reach to the east Platanias and Mikro as well as Katigiorgis and to the south you can reach Trikeri, Agia Kyriaki and the small inhabited island Trikeri. A trip there is recommended.
Our house is 2-storey and has 6 residential units; four with sea views and two with mountain views. All apartments are equipped by default and well maintained. We take care of our guests and we make every effort to ensure that nothing is missing.
Parking: directly in front of the house (on the street)
Beach: right in front of the house sand-pebble beach (about 30 m). Of course in the surrounding area you will find many small coves and beaches with clear water.
Entertainment and shopping: Nearby and along the promenade are beautiful taverns, cafes, restaurants, traditional ouzo tavernas and grocery stores. In Milina you can also find many organic products. You can rent small motorboats in Milina.

This studio is located on the upper floor at the back of the house. It consists of a living room (about 39 sqm) with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two children or an adult. It has a kitchenette with dining table, shower / WC, a covered balcony (16 sqm) with garden furniture and beautiful mountain views.
