At the same level as the gazebo is a spacious semi-detached apartment with its own separate entrance, joined to the rest of the house via an outside staircase and home to a twin bedroom, a shower room and an open-plan lounge/diner and kitchen. The main house is arranged on two floors with the ground floor featuring a large lounge opening onto a shaded veranda facing the shingle beach, a well-equipped kitchen adjoining a dining area and a bathroom. Two more bedrooms and another shower room are upstairs, reached by a spiral staircase.
