ΕΣΛ-1468Κ920Α0389001- COVID 19- SAFETY PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE- LOCATION: Our maisonette is situated in Kalymnos island, only 150m. from a wonderful sandy beach (Kantouni beach at Panormos area) and in a walking distance to all amenities (super market, bus stop, car-bike rentals, gas station, restaurants, bar, beaches, pharmacy, ATM, grocery, patisserie,tourist shops etc) and very close to the climbing area too .
THE HOUSE The house is located on a 1200sq.m. land in a peaceful area, with garden, bbq area, private pool, spa, verandas with sea view, yard for chickens and the house is totally 180sq.m.
The ground floor has a big living-room with 3 sofas (sleep 1-2), fireplace, A/C, TV, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a small piano-room, shower/WC and a big bedroom with wooden-built traditional bed and a bunk bed (sleep 4) and internet /wi-fi.. The ground floor is surrounded by huge verandas with table and chairs, bbq area, garden and pool/spa area.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are 3 more bedrooms: one of them with double bed, built-in wardrobes, private balcony with sea-view, another one with double bed, wardrobe and big veranda with both mountain and sea view and a 3rd one with two single beds, wardrobe and veranda too, a bathroom with washing machine and a small kitchenette. In the back yard of thew house there is a fenced area where we have our chickens, that means, that you are welcome to make your one breakfast with fresh eggs, milk and hand-made marmelades by local, fresh fruits free of charge, of course.
HOW TO COME You can visit Kalymnos by plane but you can also come via Kos airport- Kos is a nearby island with international airport, it is 20 min. away from Kalymnos by boat (public trasportation) and has low-price airlines, such as ryanair and easy jet or by ship from Pireas port.
WARM HOSPITALITY We will try to make you feel like home and love the island as much as we do! You will of course enjoy your privacy (independent house) and ,as we live nearby, you will have all needed help during your stay.(advice about best beaches and restaurants, sightseeing, public transportation, climbing routes etc)You will enjoy your privacy combined with warm greek hospitality!
