Our residence is located at the foot of the enchanting mountain of central Pelion among the fertile plains of fruit, vegetable and flower crops of Thessaly, specifically in area of Lechonia.
This independent Villa named “Anasemia Vila Pelion” is located in Kato Lechonia of Pelion, at a distance of 11 kilometers from the city of Volos and 2,5 kilometers from the coastal settlement of Platanidia with the possibility of accommodation in a luxurious residence offering a mountain view and a 10-minute access to the sea at a distance of 1,6 km.
Villa Description - Services
This 300 square meter villa with two floors offers free Wi-Fi, free private parking, central heating, air-conditioned rooms with private balconies and is equipped with everything that is necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, with wardrobe spaces and 3 bathrooms and especially a room of about 60 sq.m. and two rooms of 25 sq.m. of about each equipped with linen, bath towels and flat screen TVs.
On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room, a fireplace with a decorative flame, a TV home cinema, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, the office-library with a safe, a bathroom as well as a large terrace overlooking the garden. The villa also has an outdoor swimming pool in the garden that can be used from May to October.
Small pets can be accepted upon request.
