Set in a perfect location on the mainland near Poros town, at the same time offering quiet surroundings and exclusive privacy. 300 meters from the sea side and 40 meters above, nicely placed in a hillside surrounded by olive trees, it offers unlimited and panoramic sea view. The estate's privacy is secured with fencing, a short drive on a paved road of 100 meters from the public main road.
The villa, with its two levels (160 m2) and a garage car parking in the basement, is fully furnished and equipped for 8-10 persons. 1st floor (at ground level) consists of the entrance hall with a wardrobe and guest wc, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an open plan kitchen and dining area, fireplace and lounge with access to a 20 m2 balcony with panoramic sea view.
On the sub-ground level you find 3 double bedrooms, of which 2 have French doors opening onto a sea-view terrace, a second bathroom with shower, and separate laundry and storage room. The biggest bedroom has a sofa-bed which can be arranged for 2 extra people (upon request).
One level further down there is more storage space and a garage for parking.
The house has direct access to the outdoor lounge area with a swimming pool with a breath-taking sea view and a marble deck with sun beds. The pool area offers an outdoor BBQ kitchen with fridge and a large dining table with seating for 10 people. These facilities are reserved for the tenants use only during their stay. A shower and toilet is also available in the pool area. The pool area is common with the second house which belongs to the owner of the property. The owner's house is not rented out and the tenants may use the pool and barbeque area exclusively.
This villa is built in 2014, and care has been taken to choose designs that are modern and functional. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, cutely, glasses, utensils and pans. It has an oven, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The living room with its fireplace is fully equipped with furniture and with a dining table seated for 8 people. Satellite television and Wi-Fi internet are available (Wi-Fi also in the pool area). The house has an advanced underfloor heating and cooling system with integrated dehumidifiers. There are no noisy, unpleasant air condition units which typically cause a stream of cold air.
