A large fully equipped kitchen and an indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi and reverse swim jet are located as well on this level.
Two bedrooms are also located on this level, the first with a double bed with access to the outside area and a second one with a double bed. Both of the bedrooms are an suite with showers.
