This is newly built traditional Pelion villa that has two-floors and an extra basement level. It has been built within all the architectural restrictions for it belongs to a preserved heritage community. It is situated inside the village some 500 meters from the main square but the big garden around it creates the desired privacy for someone who wants to spend quite time. The house is used by its owners as a holiday house, therefore it is fully equipped.
The main veranda has a lovely sea view, overlooking the mediterranean sea up to Halkidiki coasts.
The house consist of two floors and a basement. In the ground floor there is a huge one space living room, dinning room and kitchen. There is cosy furniture combined with rare antiques and the custom made kitchen has a central working surface which creates a lovely company atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, mixer, coffee maker etc. The dinning room has a big extendable table that can sit up to 16 guests. In the living room there is the tv, board games and lovely comfy couches for 6 to 7 guests. Also situated on the ground floor, there is a WC with shower. the whole floor gives to a big veranda with an amazing mediterranean sea view. At the veranda there is a big table that can sit 12 guests, a smaller marble table that can sit 4 guests and 3 stone benches with cushions that can sit another 8 guests.
On the first floor there are 3 big rooms, one living room and 2 bathrooms with WC
The master bedroom has a double bed (king size) and its own bathroom with bathtub and WC.
The second room has a double bed (king size) and the third room has one single and one double room. All rooms are furnished with a combination of antique and simple modern lines furniture. The bathroom has WC and a built shower. The living room has its own balcony with a lovely sea view a small table and 4 chairs. It has a big comfortable double sofa bed and can sleep 2 guests. On the total the first floor can accommodate 10 guests and in the master bedroom can be added an extra mattress. There is also the possibility to ad a baby bed and a mattress in the master bedroom, or to transform the second room to a childrens bedroom with a baby bed, a single bed and a mattress.
Besides the baby bed, the house has a highchair, loads of toys and a pram!
