The interiors (170 sqm) are spacious, fully air-conditioned and meticulously furnished with premium materials, providing a sense of luxury throughout.
First Floor:
This floor hosts two bedrooms, each with a double bed, smart TV, hairdryer, and an en-suite modern bathroom featuring a luxurious walk-in shower and WC.
Additionally, there is a shared guest WC, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a dining/seating area with a comfortable sofa and a 65" smart TV.
Ground Floor:
An internal staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find a third bedroom with a double bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC.
This floor also offers a comfortable lounge area with a sofa bed (accommodating up to two more guests) and a working desk, making it an ideal spot for work or quiet retreat.
Outdoor Space:
Villa Poseidon boasts a spacious sun-drenched terrace with breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea and the idyllic rural landscape, perfect for enjoying the island’s most spectacular sunsets.
The private pool (3 x 7 m, 1.5 m deep) is professionally maintained three times a week to ensure pristine water quality. Surrounding the pool, you’ll find comfortable sun loungers and parasols, while a few steps lead to a shaded dining area equipped with a large wooden table and a charcoal BBQ, creating the perfect setting for meals with family and friends.
Villa Poseidon is located in the authentic, traditional village of Damoulianata. A 5-minute walk brings you to the delightful local tavern “Ladokolla”, where you can enjoy delicious flavours of the region while taking in breathtaking sea and sunset views. A 15-minute drive takes you to the small town of Lixouri (with excellent shopping facilities), the stunning Petani Beach—often called the "Little Myrtos" — and the idyllic pebble bay of Agia Eleni.
