If you want a holiday with privacy, peace and space just for you and the ones you love, The Tower House on Kos is for you!
The villa sits majestically on a hill, in 3.5 acres of private grounds. This gives our guests spectacular sea views over Kamari Bay and a wonderful sense of privacy, peace and space.
In the garden you will find a wonderful pool, again with a sea view. There are plenty of sunloungers, parasols and giant garden games for you to use.
The villa has 7 twin bedrooms. Each has two single beds, air-conditioning, a private balcony/patio with seating and sea views, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a private en-suite with shower, basin and toilet.
As the villa was designed especially for group holidays, the living room and dining room are very spacious. You will find plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, together with a wall-mounted 40" Smart TV (although arguably you will be more interested in the view than the TV!) An iPod docking station is also available for you to use.
The dining room has plenty of tables and chairs that can be configured in any way you wish. We also have 2 high chairs if you need them for infants. A large dining terrace leads out from the dining room, if you wish to eat al-fresco. The terrace has uninterrupted sea views and gets the sun all day.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want. You will find a dishwasher, micro-wave, large 90cm gas oven, 5 gas hobs, toaster, kettles, steamer, fridge/freezer, together with all the crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils you will need.
We offer a free shopping service, so can have your groceries ready for you on arrival.
The villa is 800m from the sea. We have a path down to the beach, which takes about 12 minutes down (and a little longer back up!). We do recommend hiring a car however, and a trip to the beach takes just 5 minutes. Along the sea shore you will find waterports, sunloungers and parasols, shops, tavernas, an ATM, and a couple of grocery stores.
The village of Kefalos is 3km from the house, Here you will find grocery stores, cafes, a pottery, an ATM, the village church, (a Doctor's Surgery and Dentist
which we hope you won't need!) and shops. This traditional village is worth exploring - go around the back streets to find little bakeries and see how the local people really live.
Kos island has so much to offer. Everyone in your party will find something of interest. If you are creative, you will find endless inspiration for painting, photography or creative writing. If you are into sightseeing, the island can offer you plenty of villages, castles and archaeological sites. The wildlife on the Kos is a curious mix - wild peacocks, flamingoes and tortoises! If you like exploring a little further, take a ferry to one of the neighbouring islands - each one has it's own personality. The island also offers waterparks, land trains from Kos Town, hot springs at Thermae, and some incredible walks. You will not be bored, that's for sure!
