A swim in the spacious pool 7 x 9 m or cozy BBQ'S, undisturbed and with a unique view over the Tsambika Bay or up to the monastery of the same name, only the chirping of the crickets or occasional bleating goats will disturb your peace.
The villa has air conditioning throuhout and the room layout on the ground floor, with an open, fully equipped kitchen, the cozy dining area and an adjoining living area. There is also a double bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, views and direct access to the garden and a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor you will find a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a separate bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with access to balconies or the spacious roof terrace with a view of the sea and the entire property. All window systems have external shading - roller shutters and insect protection elements.

I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.
