The villa retains its traditional architecture adjusted to the current needs and modern life.It is situated just 800 meters from Kolymvari beach and the five star hotels in the area.
Our property is rented for the first time. The space retains its traditional architecture .There are signs of the old use of the site and some of its items are discreetly positioned in the rooms. There is modern equipment, in a relaxed and light decoration style , all made with great care by the owner.
Visitors sitting on the balcony can enjoy in absolute peace and quiet the wonderful views . Our Villa overlooks Kolymvari beach, the bay of Chania, the fertile valley ,the snow-capped White Mountains and the massif of Cape Spatha, at the foot of which our property lies. An ideal combination of sea, plain and mountain. Lovers of swimming, hiking and cycling have unlimited choices ......

Our neighborhood and our village are more than 500 years old. The houses in the old settlement of the village are next to each other as they were built in the old days (because this way they were adequately protected from enemies, pirates etc).Walking through the narrow streets of our village will actually bring to your mind scenes of films set in medieval towns.
