These houses sit within a 1,500 m? private estate on the northern coast of Crete, near the town of Rethymnon, in the village of Atsipopoulo.
Villa Notos is a 2 bedroom house (100sqm) can accommodate 4 people in beds and up to 5 people.
Layout
Ground floor
Entering villa you will find an open plan area with the living room with two sofas and coffee table, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Interior of the villa is designed in traditional style which will bring you sense of coziness and feeling of home away from home. Owner of the complex pays special attention to the small details, paintings on the wall, handmade doormats, house plants, everything is carefully thought out. WC also available on this floor.
First floor
On the first floor guests will find two bedrooms of the Villa, one with double bed (1,60 X 2,00) and built-in wardrobe, while the other one features two single beds (1,00 X 2,00). All bedrooms are air conditioned. Also on first floor is located bathroom with toilet.
Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the complex offers several facilities, shared between the villas, which include:
- A 40 m? communal swimming pool with sun beds, umbrellas and resting area
