When the kids left the island for studies in Athens City, the parents decided to move to a smaller house.

Location: Villa Peparethos is located on a hillside in Stafilos area. It is close to Skopelos Town (3,5 km), Stafilos Beach (1 km), Supermarket and Petrol Station (1,5 km).
The spacious Villa secures a quiet and calm environment for a fantastic holiday. Because of its elevated position the view from the terraces is magnificent.
The House: The ground floor of the Villa has a large, fully equipped kitchen, a big living room, all in an open floor plan, and a bathroom with shower.
French doors lead to the big terrace that is perfect for outside dining and swimming at the pool.
A staircase leads to the top floor, which has 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom. The two bedrooms have access to their own paved balcony and have double bed. The third bedroom has windows and 2 single beds that can be easily converted in a double bed.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a washing machine.
There is an outdoor BBQ at the back of the house.
The whole house has A/C and all windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The private parking is protected against the sun.
