Maisonette of 80sqm in a plot of 114sqm, builted in stone. The house is half the area, an old barm was built in 1920 and was built in 2003 (living room with fireplace and bathroom in natural caves). The second part of the house (kitchen and bedroom) was built in 2003 from the beginning, with stone and wood and with respect to the traditional architecture. One wall of the living room consists of natural boulders, like a wall of the kitchen. The bath has been created in natural caves. It has an active fireplace, air conditioning, paved courtyard and built BBQ. The floor in the bathroom and kitchen has been made with cement screeds and ceilings with wooden beams. A terrace on the ground floor of 24sqm and a free space of about 10sqm on the back of the house. The floor of the living room consists of cement tiles of the 10th of the 40s and is of historical significance as it is the floor of the first cavalry of Greece (which was removed by the maintenance of the building and was purchased by me). The village is built amphitheatrically and has a vast view in the lianos. It is very close to archaeological sites like Matala, It has two excellent beaches, the beach of Elygia and Agios Ioannis at a distance of about 5km. Within a short time, you are in any part of what you want because you are in the midst of Crete. Βεραντα στον επανω οροφου 24τμ καθως και ενας ελευθερος χωρος περιπου 10 τμ στη πισω πλευρα της κατοικιας.Το δαπεδο του καθιστικου αποτελειται απο τσιμεντενια πλακακια της 10ετιας του '40 και ειναι ιστορικης σημασιας καθως ειναι το δαπεδο του πρωτου κακουργοδικειου της Ελλαδος (το οποιο αφαιρεθηκε κατα τη συντηρηση του κτιριου και αγοραστηκε απο εμενα).Το χωριο ειναι κτισμενο αμφιθεατρικα και εχει απεραντη θεα στο λυβικο πελαγος .Βρισκεται πολυ κοντα σε αρχαιολογικους χωρους οπως τα Ματαλλα, το Κομο, τη Φαιστο , τη Γορτυνα,αλλα και πληθος αλλων. Εχει δυο εξαιρετικες παραλιες, την παραλια της Ελυγιας και του Αγ Ιωαννη σε αποσταση περιπου 5χιλ. Μεσα σε λιγη ωρα βρισκεσαι σε οποιοδηποτε μερος θελησεις μιας και ειναι στο μεσο της Κρητης. Τα Καπετανιανα προσφερουν τη δυνατοτητα για αναρριχηση , περπατημα στα ομορφα βουνα, βολτα με αλογα σε εγκαταστασεις του χωριου κολυμπι στις δυο μοναδικες παραλιες στα 5 χιλ ξεκουραση ,γαληνη.
